Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders with precision
Build strong relationships with customers through email and phone communication
Manage the smooth shipping of goods to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing excellent service every timeCandidate Profile:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
Customer service experience
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detailDesirable Experience:
Previous experience with exporting goods
Familiarity with Sage software
Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWorking Hours:
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) with the following schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
