Community Support Worker

After securing a new contract in the Burnley area, Precedo Healthcare are recruiting Support Workers to work with people who require daily support in the community.

We are looking to work with Support Workers, with at least six months experience of supporting Service Users in the UK. You will be committed to enabling Services Users to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

As an experienced Support Worker, you will be able to;

Support people using a person centred approach
Build professional relationships with Service Users, their families and other professionals
Use communication and language that is meaningful to the individual person
Provide feedback to others and be an advocate to the individual you are supporting
Have an holistic approach to the individual you are supporting
To encourage and guide individuals to access a variety of opportunitiesAs an employee of Precedo Healthcare, you will have;
