The Role
Your time will be split between the office in Warwickshire and WFH 3 days a week, managing a portfolio of around 15 key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving queries, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You'll work closely with delivery teams to ensure all projects are completed on time, within SLAs, and of the highest quality – this is not a sales role!
How will you do this? Building long-term relationships, becoming their go-to advisor, creating detailed plans, monitoring progress, and communicating updates to ensure deadlines are met. You’ll be required to identify opportunities for process improvements, and upsells all whilst prioritising excellent service.

Salary: Circa £28,000
Location: Easy & suitable commutes from Warwick, Coventry, Leamington spa, Rugby & Stratford-upon-Avon
