Job Title – Client Relationship Manager

Location – Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 9EJ

Salary – £27,000 – 30,000

Are you an organised, resourceful professional passionate about building strong client relationships? We are looking for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment to drive sales and maximize revenue by promoting and selling our products and services to potential and existing clients.  Interested?

We are District Enforcement, working in close partnership with many local authorities and are an award-winning provider in tackling anti-social behaviour across Britain’s parks and open spaces. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work across our customer base dealing with the enquiries that come into the business… could this be you?

What we need you to bring to the team:

•    Experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Customer Service to deliver revenue targets and identify further opportunities for revenue growth.

•    The ability to make decisions on client management, dealing with some queries directly and passing others over to the correct department.

•    Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a primary point of contact for customer queries.

•    Experience in handling day to day customer issues and queries.

•    Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms.

•    A great attitude where nothing is too much trouble and our customers come first.

In return we will offer:

•    37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
