Beauty Lecturer– 29.6 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays. Employed for 52 weeks per year – up to £37,437 pro rata. Based between Weybridge and Ashford campuses & salon

To deliver high-quality education to students, inspiring creativity and preparing them for further study and employment in the creative industries. Hair and Beauty offer a variety of courses for learners across Level 1 to L3. The learners range from 14-19-year old’s through to adult education.
About the role:
As the Beauty Lecturer you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver these vocational programmes. Your role will include:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential
Assess, review and record learner progress
Maintain course and learner records
To embed employment skills in to the curriculum courses
To fulfil the role of Beauty Lecturer you will have:
Degree/HND or equivalent vocational/professional qualification
Experience of teaching in FE a distinct advantage
A1/V1 or willingness to work towards it
Teaching qualifications – or be prepared to work towards this with our support
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT
