Incident Management Coordinator - Mansfield - ASAP start - Permanent role - £25k - £30k (depending on experience) ****
Our client are a forward thinking and nationally renowned Security and Communications Company who are NSI Gold and BAFE accredited. They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems and manufacture specialist equipment. They work with a wide range of public and private sector businesses and have achieved a reputation for quality, care and reliability which is second to none.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Incident Management Coordinator to join there Mansfield team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the team. You should be positive and enthusiastic having the ability to provide the client with a premium service and the capability to work independently or within a team when required.
Role Responsibilities:
• Log and distribute reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs.
• Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time.
• Process completed paperwork and action additional required where applicable.
• Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively.
• Ensure completed calls are costed in accordance with contract terms.
• General promotion of the Company and it’s services.
• Updating/maintaining the Company’s maintenance software in line with compliance.
Key Experience and Qualifications required:
• Good IT skills and a familiarity with Microsoft packages are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• You will be a team player with ambition.
• Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and other employees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Administration qualification (desired).
• Industry knowledge would be beneficial.

• Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Have good attention to details and organisation skills.
• Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge.
Salary: £25k - £30k depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
