We are delighted to partner with an established FMCG manufacturing business in Oxfordshire, currently seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of up to 80 individuals. This position offers a fantastic platform to showcase your leadership capabilities by driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of leadership in a manufacturing setting, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and fostering a safety-first mindset. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, your ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business—from production teams to senior leadership—will be critical to your success.
