Due to continued growth, our client is hiring for an Architectural Project Manager job in Los Angeles, CA, focused on education projects, particularly K-12 as their business expands in this area. You'll be part of a creative and collaborative international practice, offering a salary of up to $150,000 plus benefits!

The firm is renowned for its commitment to exceptional design and fostering growth among its 1,000+ team members. As a well-established practice, they have a growing client base in the region and are looking to appoint an experience project manager for their education team. This role involves managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of commercial design experience, with a strong background in the K-12 Education market and DSA experience.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop competitive fee structures and manage project schedules
Oversee project completion within budget and manage client expectations
Facilitate open dialogue for design and technical solutions
Motivate and guide the project team to meet goals
Oversee construction phase procedures and documentation
Coordinate with internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities through professional networks
Drive innovation in design solutions and project performance
Ensure thorough project documentation and resolve technical challenges
Apply industry standards and manage client relations.Required Skills & Experience

Degree qualified and registered Architect
12+ years of industry experience, primarily within K-12 but higher education also desirable
DSA experience required
Strong QA and QC experience
Knowledge of constructability and ability to understand and interpret drawing sets
Experience with building codes and regulations.What you get back
