Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Technical Supervisor to join their growing team in York area.

The Role

As a Contract Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in:

* Working across a commercial office building, based in York.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

* Overseeing a small team of mobile multi-discipline engineers across a commercial office building.

* Driving team performance, ensuring SLAs are being met, monitoring performance, managing holiday and sickness cover, managing contractors, Issuing permits, RAMS, managing logbooks, engaging with the client regularly.

* Supporting the team with technical issues, assisting with planned and reactive maintenance duties including electrical, basic plumbing, basic HVAC / mechanical and minor repairs.

About You

To be successful in the role of Technical Supervisor you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

* Experience in the building services / FM sector would be ideal

* Experience working within a commercial environment as a lead or supervisor role previously would be highly desirable.

* Electrical qualifications would be highly desirable – Level 3 Electrical & 18th edition.
