Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Contract Supervisor to join their growing team in the Bristol area.

The Role

As a Contract Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in:

* Covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Bristol, Cirencester and surrounding areas.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

* Overseeing a team of mobile multi-discipline engineers across the SW region.

* Driving team performance, ensuring SLA's are been met, monitoring performance, managing holiday and sickness cover, managing contractors, Issuing permits, RAMS, managing logbooks, engaging with the client regularly to lead on client-meetings weekly.

About You

To be successful in the role of Contract Supervisor you’ll bring the following skills and experience:

* Experience in the building services / FM sector would be ideal

* Experience working within a commercial environment as a lead or supervisor role previously would be highly desirable.

* Technical background is highly desirable
