Architectural Project Manager Job available with a leading architecture and design firm, focused on K-12 education projects. Offering a salary in the region of $100,000 - $140,000 plus extensive benefits!

A top-10 A+D firm with numerous studios across the USA, plus offices in Asia and Europe, is seeking an experienced and Registered Architect to join their team as an Architectural Project Manager, focused on education projects across the region, specifically K-12.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead client relations, anticipate and manage expectations, and actively explore new business opportunities through professional networks
Provide leadership by assigning roles, leveraging team strengths, offering mentorship, and motivating the team toward project goals
Foster open dialogue with the team on design and technical solutions, facilitating innovation, course correction, and continuous improvement
Coordinate internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders for a cohesive, collaborative project team
Develop competitive fee structures and manage project schedules to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery
Oversee all phases of project production, from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
Manage quality assurance/control, resolve technical challenges, and apply new methodologies and practices to improve project performance
Conduct and attend presentations, while driving innovation in design and technical solutions.Required Skills & Experience

Registered Architect with an accredited degree
10+ years of industry experience, predominately within education
Strong knowledge of the build process and drawing sets
Ability to travel from time to time.What you get back
