Job Description

All Counties Nursing Agency is proud to represent a client recruiting for Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders for established and new services in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and Staffordshire. Due to the nature of the client and role, we will not be able to accept candidates who are looking for sponsorship visa's.

We are seeking qualified staff (Level 3+) who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in line with relevant regulations and standards.

* Collaborate with management to implement and review care plans.

* Encourage and support young people in their education and personal development.

* Participate in activities that promote independence and life skills.

* Fulfill duties such as budget management, medication administration, and attending professional meetings.

* Contribute to your own professional development through training and CPD.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Residential Care (preferred).

* Strong communication, numeracy, and literacy skills.

* Empathy, understanding, and a commitment to young people's rights.

* Full driving license (preferred).

* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
