Aspion Search is proud to represent a dynamic, forward thinking organisation in their search for a Technical Sales Engineer to join their passionate team. 

The Role:

Support from concept to completion for new opportunities & projects
 Providing support for the timely preparation and accurate generation of quotations.
 Focus on profitable sales growth, developing our product & services portfolio.
Identify and pursue new opportunities in relation to our core competencies for essential service, maintenance, testing and site upgrades.
Approach existing & historic customer base, to pursue repeat business and develop new opportunities
Responsibility for ensuring technical reviews are undertaken for assigned opportunities.#
Coordinate detailed electrical & mechanical design for all assigned projects – this can be inclusive of creating schematics, mechanical assembly drawings, bills of materials, design file, test schedules and associated documentation
Role is customer facing, being the technical sales contact pre-order and during project execution, working closely with the assigned project manager(s).
Actively participates in promoting a proactive and collaborative approach to Health & Safety at SIM & customer premises.
Ensuring projects are executed within accordance of the Project Deliverables, with all due regard to cost and schedule control.
Be a point of contact and liaison with 3rd party providers (external labour & equipment).

About You: 

Effective verbal and written communication skills which promote confidence and provide clear information.
Commitment to the provision of outstanding Customer Service.
Strong understanding of current and future customer needs
Ability to work with other departments to deliver appropriate service levels.
Systematic approach to managing a complex and changing workload and following prescribed Quality Management System & Document Control protocols.
Strong results orientation.
Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining clarity of vision and setting appropriate priorities.
Ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving.
IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft suite programmes.
