Salary: £11.50 per hour (plus overtime at enhanced rates)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy team in Wellingborough. This role involves order picking and packing, general warehouse duties, and some heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy.

* Manual handling of heavier items as required.

* Keeping the workspace tidy and organised.

* Providing general support to the warehouse team.

Skills and Experience:

* Prior warehouse experience is an advantage, especially in fast-paced environments.

* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

* Physical fitness to handle manual tasks.

* Flexibility to work weekends if required.

Benefits:

* £11.50 per hour.

* Overtime rates: 1.5x pay for Saturdays and 2x pay for Sundays (beyond 37.5 hours/week).

* Daytime shifts (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
