Field-Based Business Development Manager/Executive Opportunity

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive seeking a fresh, exciting challenge? This is your chance to join an industry leader, offering a truly transformative opportunity. In your first year, you're guaranteed a minimum of £60,000, with an OTE of £110,000. Top performers can earn over £150,000, with a car allowance up to £5,000 or a company car (currently featuring Tesla and other innovative electric/hybrid vehicles).

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business development activities.
Attend and close sales meetings independently.
Build relationships with potential introducers and referral partners.
Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Excel in a high-energy, target-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate:

4+ years of B2B solution sales experience (industry experience not essential).
Proficient in value-based/consultative selling.
Capable of engaging with diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of meetings.
Previous field-based experience.
