WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

Salary package of £24,960 per annum upon completion of probation period, initially wage begins at £23,795.

Bonus structure applicable, OTE of £27,900

DAYS ONLY, Monday – Friday, 40 hour weeks

THE BUSINESS

Our client is a market leading Industrial business with multiple arms to their business. Specialising within Lifting Operations, Industrial PPE & also Training packages, our client is able to offer a plethora of progression opportunities. This business prides themselves on their staff development initiatives, a clear progression plan will be put in place to enable you to develop in the best way you can.

THE ROLE

Control all incoming and outgoing goods including making sure all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and the system is updated.

Ensure that the goods inward area is organised and controlled to sufficiently support the goals of the business.

Use of FLT (training can be provided if a licence is not currently held)

Pick and pack orders ready for dispatch.

Organising stock rotation best practice and identifying slow moving stock.

Daily general admin and communicating with suppliers when required.

Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy and observing all health and safety requirements.

Deliveries to customers sites to meet demand and to cover to meet the needs of the business during holiday periods.

Attending customer sites to check consignment stock usages and replenish vending machines.

THE PERSON + ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Full, clean driving licence (essential).

Minimum of 12 months experience working in a warehouse stores/goods inward environment.

Sound knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft packages including Excel and word.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Customer focused with an excellent attention to detail.

Organised, confident and resilient.

Team player with a flexible approach and the ability to work unsupervised.

Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a good level of manual dexterity
