Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support cross-functional initiatives.
Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Assist the Senior Financial Accountant with month-end and year-end close processes.
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register within the asset management system.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the business on new fixed asset additions, component additions, and disposals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the accountant with GRIR reconciliations, ensuring timely monthly clearance. Update the monthly report and follow up on identified actions.
Contribute to the preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts in accordance with FRS 102.
Perform regular account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.Requirements:
Studying towards a professional qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or similar.
Experience of statutory accounts.
