The Role:
As a Case Handler, you will manage your own caseload, ensuring deals progress smoothly to completion. Your expertise will support our clients and lenders in achieving their goals, and your organizational skills will drive efficiency and accuracy in every transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a caseload of deals in mortgages, secured loans, bridging finance, or a similar field.
* Liaise confidently with clients and lenders to keep transactions on track.
* Maintain excellent organizational practices to manage multiple cases effectively.
* Ensure all deals are compliant with regulations and deadlines.
About You:
* Experience in mortgages, secured loans, bridging finance, or a related financial field.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client and lender relationships.
* Background in financial administration is highly desirable.
* A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
