What Will I Be Doing?
Ensure that products meet the requirements of customers, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities. Parts are inspected as per drawings, documentation, routings, and required standards using various inspection methods and equipment during the manufacturing lifecycle.
Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the company operating systems, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate the company values and behaviours.
Ensure documentation/routings are completed and processed correctly in a timely manner.
Containment and securitisation activities for checking parts in process or in stores when required.
Provide cover where required when demand dictates, as requested by the team leader within the employee's competency.
Ability to set, run, and program CMM inspection software and equipment.
Experience in a range of manual inspection techniques and equipment.
Contribute by driving and sustaining business objectives and continuous improvement within the department.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times.
Utilise SAP system for tracking routings, data entry, and producing final release documentation ensuring product conformity.
Input, record, and analyse data in varying formats, including FAI requirements, self-inspection, databases, SAP, and Microsoft Suite.
Adhere to SQCDPI quality requirements and improvements.
Perform other tasks that may reasonably be required to meet business needs and support departmental goals.Why Us?

Candidate Skills & Requirements
What Do You Need from Me?
Apprenticeship within the Manufacturing sector - Aerospace, Automotive, or similar industry.
Experience and familiarity with company procedures and processes within an organisation accredited to ISO, CAA, BSI, or equivalent standards within the Manufacturing sector for a minimum of 3 years.
Candidates will be assessed during the interview process to ensure they meet an acceptable standard/level of experience
