HR Administrator
Salary: Negotiable, DOE
Location: Oxford
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, days, with some flexibility required.

ISQ Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an HR Administrator on behalf of a well-established client in the manufacturing and logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in HR functions, ready to support an established HR team in a varied and rewarding role.

Job Purpose:
As the HR Administrator, you will provide essential support to the HR Manager and the wider management team. You’ll be involved in the administration of key HR processes, managing employee records, and assisting in delivering effective HR initiatives across the business.
Main Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage new starter and leaver processes, including inductions and exit documentation.
HR Data and Reporting: Update and maintain HR systems, including Time and Attendance databases, ensuring data accuracy and providing regular reports as required.
HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, offer letters, and policy updates.
Audit and Compliance Support: Assist with compliance checks and audit preparation in line with company and legal requirements.
General HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager. Qualifications and Experience Required:

Experience: Previous experience in HR functions is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems, including payroll and benefits management, is preferred.
