What Will I Be Doing?

Visual and dimensional inspection of aerospace components and parts for manufacturing areas within new production.
Final release signatory for components and assemblies.
Inspection and measurement of all types of parts/assemblies to ensure conformance to customer drawing, quality/airworthiness standards, and purchase order requirements, working within the parameters outlined in procedures and work instructions.
Ensure products meet customer, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities. Parts are inspected as per drawings, documentation, routings, and required standards using various inspection methods and equipment during the manufacturing lifecycle.
Work in accordance with HSE legislation, the Company Operating Systems, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate Company Values & Behaviours.
Ensure documentation/routings are completed and processed correctly and timely.
Containment and securitisation activities for checking parts in process or in stores when required.
Provide cover when necessary as requested by Team Leader within competency.
Contribute to driving and sustaining business objectives and continuous improvement within the department.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping as set by the company.
Utilise the company's SAP system by tracking routings, data entry, and producing final release documentation ensuring product conformity.
Input, record, and analyze data in various formats, including FAI requirements, self-inspection, databases, SAP, and Microsoft Suite.
Adhere to SQCDPI quality requirements and improvements.
Perform other reasonable tasks as needed to support department goals and objectives.Travel Specificity
As required for training purposes. Could be asked to support any customer/supplier visit as appropriate for the role.
