Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager with experience working in the fire and security industry looking for an autonomous role where you will be at the forefront of the business at a company that will continually invest back into you and your career?

On offer is an exciting role in which you will become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be generating new business by building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients to grow the company's client base.

This Company have rapidly expanded over the past 8 years where they have seen consistent growth by providing a high quality service for their clients where they have now built a fantastic reputation within the industry with the work they have produced. They have established some top clients such as the NHS and BP.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager who has experience with B2B sales, that is looking for an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part of the business and have a direct impact on the growth of the company whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets.

The Role:

Exceed sales targets by securing new business opportunities within the Security Sector
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to grow the company's client base
Leverage your network to identify leads, open doors and close high-value deals
Lead and mentor a small team of Business Development Managers
Work Collaboratively with the leadership team to contribute to the companies ongoing success and strategic growth.
Travel to client sitesThe Person:

Proven ability in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in the Security industry or similar
Full UK Drivers License
