About the Role:

As a Spanish & French Teacher/Instructor, you will be instrumental in shaping students' linguistic abilities and cultural understanding. Your role involves teaching both languages with enthusiasm and precision, creating an engaging and dynamic learning environment.

Spanish & French Teacher/Instructor Responsibilities:

Teach Spanish and French to secondary students, tailoring lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum, integrating cultural elements to enhance learning.
Equip students with practical communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both languages.
Monitor student progress, deliver constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Foster a love for languages and cultural awareness, preparing students for global opportunities.
Work closely with the modern languages department to ensure a cohesive and successful curriculum delivery.
Spanish & French Teacher/Instructor Job Requirements:

A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) with specialisation in languages or equivalent.
Fluency in both Spanish and French, with the ability to teach them confidently at various levels.
Prior teaching experience in secondary education or further education is advantageous.
Strong communication, classroom management and the ability to inspire a passion for languages.
A commitment to excellence in teaching and nurturing students’ potential.
Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
