Lennox Recruitment is working with one of the UK's leading Education recruitment agencies who source teachers for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in and around Kent 😆

We're looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant with good Business Development skills - cold calling clients and winning new business.

Any previous sector experience is welcomed 😀

Recruitment consultants will be running a Dual desk (Temp and Perm placements).

Here are the details -

Base salary between £25-35k, depending on individual experience.
10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements.
With a potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate.
Working 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays.
1 day a week remote working.
