Key Responsibilities:

* Installation and Calibration: Install and calibrate new equipment to meet industry standards and client requirements.
* Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair laboratory instruments efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Customer Support: Provide expert guidance and training to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards within regulated environments.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, centrifuges, balances, analyzers).
* Strong technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and software integration for laboratory instruments.
* Familiarity with quality control standards and regulations in healthcare, life sciences, or research sectors.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Relevant engineering or technical qualifications (e.g., HND, BSc, or equivalent).
