Overview

On behalf of our client, a leading digital agency specializing in bespoke websites, advanced software, and digital marketing strategies for hotel brands, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-oriented team with a global footprint.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead domestic and international sales efforts, focusing on expanding the client base within the luxury hospitality sector. Your expertise in crafting strategic sales plans and building strong client relationships will drive success in this high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to target and secure new business opportunities.

Client Engagement: Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that showcase the company’s innovative solutions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract finalization and onboarding.

Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements to optimize results.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and align strategies with client needs.

About You:

5+ years’ experience in business development, ideally within digital services or hospitality technology.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and a strong understanding of inbound/outbound sales strategies.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as required.
