The Role:
As a Water Hygiene/Water Treatment Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships in the water treatment and hygiene sector. You will be tasked with delivering exceptional service, ensuring compliance with regulations, and helping clients improve the efficiency and sustainability of their water systems. You will also be responsible for growing our customer base, identifying new opportunities, and overseeing the delivery of technical services.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide expert advice on water hygiene and treatment solutions to clients across various industries.
Develop tailored water treatment and hygiene plans based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the delivery of on-site services, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest standard.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your accounts and territory.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor water systems and provide solutions.
Ensure that all accounts comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices.
Work closely with the technical and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.
Prepare proposals, reports, and quotations for clients in a timely and professional manner.
Keep up to date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.Requirements:

Previous experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or a related technical field is essential.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within the water treatment sector.
Strong technical understanding of water systems and water hygiene protocols.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving license.Desirable:

HNC or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science, Water Management, Chemistry, or Engineering).
