Our Contract Management and Administration Team provide an efficient administrative service, supporting and maintaining good relations with new and returning clients within the Testing and Consultancy Support Services Team. They effectively manage the end-to-end process which includes issuing quotes, reviewing invoices and resolving customer queries.
What will you be doing?
As a Contract Administrator for BES Group, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative duties for the team, including issuing quotations, creating purchase orders, reporting, managing mailboxes and supporting the Team Leader as required. The role will also be responsible for working closely with the Head Office Engineers, Field Engineers and on-site Lab specialists.
You will:
Manage day to day queries and problem solving
Become a recognised expert in applying best practice across all core tasks and business areas that you support
Interpret, calculate and analyse information provided by clients and colleagues
Ensure accurate billing is calculated and invoiced correctly
As part of our team, you will get:
A minimum starting salary of £24,000

To join our team, you will need:
Strong administration and customer service skills, with proven experience resolving queries
Previous experience working in a changing environment and the ability to adapt to priorities as needed
Experience working with internal and external customers and stakeholders
Experience adding data onto computer systems, ideally a CRM system
Excellent time management skills
Good attention to detail, identifying anomalies in assigned work
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel (desirable)
Experience in managing workloads and booking customer appointments (desirable)
