My client is a successful property company and they are relaunching their online estate agency.

You already have one team member on board and your first major task will be to recruit another 6 members of your team. Then you will build and develop your team.
It’s a Monday to Friday role – no weekends – working 8.45am to 5.30pm
The Outline Brief:
A dynamic Sales Manager with 5 years sales management experience.
Able to relaunch one of the company’s in the group.
You already have one team member and then you need to recruit 6 more
A real motivator and leader able to train and develop their team.
What your job will be:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team.
Lead by example in demonstrating effective sales techniques and strategies, serving as a mentor for the sales team.
Spearhead recruiting efforts to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a high-calibre sales force aligned with the company's objectives.
Cultivate a strong sales culture within the team, emphasising collaboration, innovation, and a results-driven mindset.
Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to track individual and team progress, fostering a competitive yet supportive environment
Implement motivational programs and incentives to drive sales performance and boost team morale.
What will YOU bring to the role:
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, guiding successful sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and optimize team performance.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in sales methodologies and strategies, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
Good B2C Telesales Team Leader sales experience - essential
Estate Agency experience - desirable
