Floor Manager in Bicester - CV-Library

We are thrilled to have partnered with Gymshark who are looking for a reliable and motivating Floor Manager to join their team on an ongoing basis in their newly opened and busy pop-up!
Working 5 out of 7 days you will be supporting the Management by guiding the team and helping on the sales floor, working to push targets and promotions.
Duties and Attributes:
* Must be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
* Knowledge of Visual Merchandising standards and maintain a tidy shop floor
* Takes pride in exceptional customer service
* Dedicated to going the extra mile and lead a team by example
* Ensures the floor is managed appropriately
* Work alongside the sales team to support customers in finding items and styles
* Promote staff morale
* Deal with customer queries and complaints
* Resolve any issues
* Be the first point of contact on sales floor for sales team
