Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in Cornwall which is looking to recruit an Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response Manager on an interim basis for 3 months initially.
Join a dynamic Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response (EPRR) team to ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities under the Civil Contingencies Act (2004) and NHS Core Standards for EPRR.
Key Responsibilities:
Support EPRR and Business Continuity planning, policy development, and incident response.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to enhance system-wide resilience.
Deliver training, manage assurance processes, and coordinate emergency exercises.
Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to the Local Health Resilience Partnership (LHRP) and incident management.
Requirements:
Expertise in EPRR and Business Continuity, with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in incident response, multi-agency collaboration, and project management.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
