Imperial Recruitment Group is recruiting for Sembcorp Industries by bringing a new opportunity to the market. This role is for a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐂𝐨-𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 based at their Wilton site, working on a 18 month + fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Project Manager
Based in: Wilton International, Teesside

Salary: Negotiable - Whilst all salaries are graded, Sembcorp are keen to attract, retain and develop the highest calibre of colleague.

Position overview:

The Project Co-ordinator will support the Project Manager with management of documentation within the team and to / from external companies. The role holder will be responsible for coordinating all project documentation, both internally and externally ensuring that the project folders are kept up to date.

Sembcorp has a new contract for a company to install new infrastructure on its land and requires a team to support delivery of the works. The role holder will be responsible for the management of documents between both parties including ensuring that formal responses are returned within contractual timescales..

Key responsibilities:

* Provide technical advice to the projects team

* Responsible for ensuring a structured project folders and drawing register are in place and up to date.

* Support the team to develop and maintain technical registers and manuals for each engineering discipline.

* Ensure that contractors provide accurate drawings as part of a build review and acceptance.

* Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.

* Ensure that responses for approval / information are carried out in a timely manner.

* Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
