Senior Estates Officer in Manchester - CV-Library

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Manchester. The role is a Temporary contract with an option to go permanent.

Position: Senior Estates Officer

Location: Manchester

Salary: Between £25 and £30 per Hour (Umbrella or CIS)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a suite of contracts, overseeing the contractors work on site

* To project manage complex repair and installation works from inception to completion

* Assist the in-house maintenance team with any more complex maintenance issues

* Oversee and be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality repairs and maintenance service across mixed building portfolio

* Contributed to setting the strategic direction and budgets of managed service

* Established effective reporting mechanisms for repairs data to ensure services are be monitored effectively and future demands and impacts can be identified to drive service delivery plans and budget setting

* Work with Stakeholders to model and establish strong positive engagement with customers in line with best practice
