Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a thriving team in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 50 law firm that offers its clients a full service across multiple offices, working with high-value and high-profile transactions and clients.

The successful Commercial Real Estate Solicitor will ideally offer 1 - 4 years PQE and have previous experience in a similar role.

The role

Supporting partners and other senior lawyers with a range of high-quality work for key clients on strategic land and development projects
Working on commercial sales and acquisitions
Supporting large property companies with their property portfolios
Commercial Landlord and tenant work
Investment and asset management
General commercial and residential property development

Applications are welcome from Commercial Real estate Solicitors with:

Previous experience in a similar role, offering 1 - 4 years PQE
A clean and current practising certificate
Experience acting for banks and borrowers in secured lending matters
Previous experience of working with high-net-worth matters
