Legal Secretary
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke working within their litigation & notary public department. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to book appointments & confirm documentation needed
- Diary & travel management for numerous members of the team
- Prepare invoices, financial statements and assist with taking payment
- Assisting the team with any administration duties
Legal Secretary Requirements:
- Previous legal experience
- Previous experience working in a dispute resolution (litigation
- Proven PA experience
- Highly organised & derail orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player
Legal Secretary Package:
- Salary of £23,000 upwards
- Monday to Friday
- Performance related bonuses
