Job Description

Involve Midlands are excited to be partnering with a growing property services organisation who are looking for an NICEIC Qualified Electrician with maintenance experience to join their growing team.

This role will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and inspection tasks in compliance with BS 7671:2018 regulations.

* Accurately record verification results on certificates and inspection reports.

* Supervise team members to ensure competency and adequate supervision.

* Maintain clear documentation, including work logs and timesheets.

* Provide solutions to technical challenges, ensuring projects meet Building Regulations and standards.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation and inspection.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Fit, with a full clean driving license and willingness to work away from home when required.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications:

* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (including AM2 assessment).

* Level 3 Awards in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.

* Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS 7671:2018).

* City & Guilds 2377 and 2382 (18th Edition) certifications.

* CSCS cardholder, DBS-checked, and First Aid certification (preferred).

* IPAF/PASMA certification is advantageous.

Van and Fuel Card will be supplied with some travel required.
