At LTE Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
What the Marketing Manager role entails:
As a key member of the Group Marketing team, the Marketing Manager (Business Partner) will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and implementing marketing plans for the effective delivery and measurement of all marketing activity in one of our strategic business areas, TMC (The Manchester College).
The appointed candidate will work closely with the relevant senior leadership team to deliver first-class marketing services to drive attraction and recruitment, enhance reputation and profile, and proactively contribute to business performance.
The skills and experience required for the role of Marketing Manager include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject
Marketing specialist
Experience in a marketing role with experience of delivering marketing and communication operational plans
Experience of recruitment marketing
Experience of marketing developing marketing strategies
Experience of managing internal/external client relationships
Experience of delivering marketing collateral to an exceptionally high standard
Successful experience of working with a range of media, new technologies, to raise sales performance and reputational performance
Ability to prioritise workload and work towards agreed deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present complex ideas
Outstanding project and time management skills
Keen eye for detail
Creative writing skills and flair for design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong listening skills
Outstanding planning skills, used to working to tight deadlines, while still maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a multitude of activities with competing deadlines
Experience of producing engaging, clear, and accessible content for a range of audiences
Managerial skills - ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
