Company:

Our client is an Irish, family-owned fresh food company established more than 30 years ago who specialise in both traded and value-add fresh food products. They have a number of locations around Munster employing over 60 people with a turnover of approximately €50 mil. They are a premium end of the market food business leading the way in terms of new modern facilities and GMP standards.

Opportunity:

This position plays an important role in supporting the company's day-to-day efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include helping manage purchase and sales orders, keeping stock records accurate, coordinating logistics, and assisting customers and suppliers. You'll also help with gathering customer feedback to improve experiences and support the development of a Customer Playbook. In addition, you’ll assist with marketing activities to help raise the company’s profile and attract new clients.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with issuing purchase and sales orders.

* Assist in issuing Sales Order Confirmations to Ormonde Organics.

* Provide assistance in maintaining accurate stock levels in external stores and support monthly checks.

* Coordinate logistics and provide customer and supplier support.

* Help with administrative tasks, such as booking travel and organizing paperwork.

* Contribute to customer experience initiatives, such as feedback forms and playbook development.

* Support marketing activities, including monitoring analytics, managing LinkedIn updates, and maintaining marketing materials.

Candidate Requirements:

* A willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.

* A curious and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Remuneration:

A competitive entry-level salary in the range of €35-40K, with additional details to be discussed with the successful candidate.
