QA and Compliance Administrator
My client is an established and growing global organisation that works within the electronics distribution sector working with clients within the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive and Medical sectors. Employing nearly 200 people worldwide and with a turnover of £200million, this is truly an exciting time to be part of this dynamic company.
They are at the forefront of quality and service-driven component distribution, setting the standards now and anticipating future trends to ensure their services are aligned to our customers’ business.
We are looking for a strong administrator to support the QA and Compliance team with their administration. There will be plenty of training and my client likes to recruit from within where possible so lots of potential for growth.
Summary/Objectives:
To support the business in all aspects of quality assurance – to ensure the business complies with International Standards, customer requirements and expectations in an effective and positive manner.
Manage the Company Approved Supplier List
Manage New Supplier within Quality System and ERP
Maintain internal database
Report to industry in relation to counterfeit mitigation
Provide regular Quality Performance metrics
Manage and Control the Company RMA and RTV process

Qualifications, Key Competencies and Experience
You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other core applications.
You must hold a valid UK driving licence
Essential:
Experience of administration tasks
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexibly and independently
Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
Willingness to travel
Desirable:
Knowledge/Awareness of ISO/AS quality management standards
