My client are a prominent FMCG products supplier and manufacturer based in Gloucester, they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Head of Purchasing to join their team.
The Role
* Implementation of supply chain processes
* SIOP (sales, inventory, operations, planning)
* Supplier management strategy
* Negotiation of supply chain agreements
* Budgets & reporting
* Analysis of buying costs
* Continuous improvement
* Manage & train supply chain team
* Sourcing & Vendor management
The Candidate
* Previous experience in management
* Previous experience in sourcing & procurement
* Understanding of the FMCG market
* Proficient in data interpretation
* Proficient in excel
