Job Title: Industrial Cleaning Tutor / CSCS Trainer  (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Leicester - Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET - fully funded and supported by employer
Must hold a recognised qualification in industrial cleaning such as; BICs / CIWM / WAMITAB.
Must hold a CSCS qualification or solid occupational experience.
Must have experience of delivering vocational training, ideally to groups/workshops.
Must hold experience within Industrial Cleaning (e.g. Bio Hazards, CIWM, washrooms, stairs and landings etc.)
Must be IT Literate.Duties include:

Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Industrial Cleaning,. as well as CSCS, in a classroom-based environment.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
