Job Title: Construction CSCS Tutor / Trainer

Location: Norwich - Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Duties:

To deliver Construction training to learners in a classroom-based environment, leading them to acquire their CSCS cards.
Deliver Employability Skills, alongside Functional Skills, Digital and Personal Development.   
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Development of resources. 
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Criteria:

Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) or above.
Must hold a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification, or higher.
Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within the Construction industry.
Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a Construction trade. 
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.Please note:
