Job Description

We require a Multi-Skilled Fire and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of fire and security systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. This is a field-based role where you will work across various sites, ensuring systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards while complying with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
Conducting fault finding, repairs, and upgrades to existing systems
Completing site visits for scheduled maintenance and emergency call-outs
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and industry regulations
Testing and commissioning fire and security systems to ensure full functionality
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Preparing reports and documentation related to installation and maintenance activities
Staying up to date with industry standards, products, and technologiesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Fire and Security Engineer with strong multi-disciplinary skills
Experience in the installation and servicing of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., BS5839, NSI, BAFE)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Relevant certifications (e.g., FIA, BAFE, NSI) are desirable but not essentialWhat We Offer:
