IT Support Engineer
Contract | €200-€230/day | Dublin | Hybrid

A client of mine is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This role will involve providing high-level technical support, managing key IT infrastructure, and contributing to various ongoing projects within a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for Windows and Microsoft environments, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Administer and manage user accounts, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.
Support and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
Assist with infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and software deployments.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Windows and Microsoft environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Experience with cloud services like Azure and supporting VPN configurations.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
