Job Description

Company:
Major projects division of a £100m group of companies who specialise in mechanical and electrical building services engineering from initial concept and design to installation and ongoing facilities management / maintenance.

The Role:
We are recruiting for an M&E Building Services Clerk of Works to be site based on a new build £16m (M&E value) project in Norfolk.
The role can be permanent or on a fixed term contract basis depending on your location.

Reporting into the Project Director and working alongside the M&E project managers, you will be responsible for documenting and reporting on work completed from a quality and compliance point of view.
Day to day duties will include:

* Log, photograph and upload documentation to show progress and work completed.

* Use Excel to log all details.

* Manage an maintain the clients quality reporting process on their software.

* Benchmark and show testing of work undertaken.

The project is scheduled to run until August 2026.
There may be an opportunity to stay on with the company after the project however this will depend on continued growth and the future order book.

The Person:
You will have extensive experience of M&E installation on site. You will be computer literate and be comfortable with Excel.
You will be expected to be site based, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday for the duration of the project.

The Salary:

* Salary is negotiable but c£50k to £60k depending on experience

* 27 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays

* Company pension 4%/4
