Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement team and ensure the timely, cost-effective supply of materials and services. You will work closely with internal departments and global suppliers, driving cost savings, improving processes, and supporting strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
Develop and track departmental KPIs to measure and improve performance.
Drive cost-saving initiatives across the business.
Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with teams across Planning, Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Monitor demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field (preferred).
CIPS Level 6: Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (required).
Experience:
10+ years in purchasing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in electronics manufacturing and modern procurement techniques.
Skills:
Proven negotiation skills and a track record of cost reductions.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to coach and develop teams.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management and lean processes.
Understanding of “green” supply chain practices.
