Our client is a creative agency dedicated to integrated business storytelling and they are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, energetic, and committed Senior Account Manager who shares their vision and wants to be a key part of the agency alongside the Founder and Directors.

* 25 days holiday

* Private healthcare (employee pays tax on Benefit in Kind)

* Cycle to work scheme

* Pension scheme (pension contributions are 3%, of qualifying earnings and 5% employee contribution)

Experience Required

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) will manage the day-to-day relationship between the company and its clients, working closely with Account Directors, senior colleagues, and clients to oversee projects at both a macro and micro level. The role involves delivering client requirements to an exacting standard within required timeframes while also driving client strategy and account growth.

The SAM must balance a hands-on approach with leadership responsibilities, guiding junior team members in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

This role requires the ability to think strategically while multitasking in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging, and proactive environment. The SAM will provide strategic guidance, manage key relationships, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standard. The agency holds itself to high standards, expecting the SAM to perform under pressure, build client trust, and provide leadership and mentorship to the account management team.

You will be recognised as a “dynamic but safe pair of hands,” fully accountable to clients, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities within accounts.

* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes and long-term account growth. Develop and sustain deep relationships with key decision-makers.

* Provide leadership and guidance to junior account managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

* Take full ownership of larger, more complex accounts, managing them from initial brief to successful delivery. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within existing client relationships.

* Lead financial forecasting, project profitability assessments, and manage budgets with a focus on meeting and exceeding financial targets.

Above all, it is essential that you can multitask in a friendly, specialized, fast paced, intellectually challenging, proactive environment and work quickly to master detail under pressure. The ability to remain calm, build client trust, and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlines is essential.
