Several MTO's are required to join a leading refurbishment and maintenance company in Bristol working on a permanent basis. As a MTO, you will be responsible for reactive maintenance and repairs on the clients massive and new social housing tenanted project. Responsibilities include assessing works, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs such as repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and general handyman duties, as well as general alternative refurbishments. You will be required to work from job tickets or a handheld device daily, as well as be trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively, and follow the companies health and safety policies and standards.

The successful candidates will have a carpentry and joinery bias, with at least an NVQ L2 or equivalent, and relevant work experience in similar roles within the housing sector. You will also be required to have a full UK driving license, and be able to pass a basic DBS check.
