Job Description
Hobson Prior is seeking an MSAT Process Engineer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will focus on improving and monitoring protein purification processes at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role will involve identifying process improvements, supporting existing production processes, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Identify ways to improve production processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
Monitor and analyse production data to support and safeguard current processes.
Create scientific and technical reports to support significant changes and assess product impact.
Collaborate with other departments to discuss and implement process improvements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Advanced degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
Proficiency in English.
Strong technical knowledge of large-scale biotech manufacturing equipment.
Experience with protein purification processes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with statistical and data trending techniques.
Experience with digital process monitoring systems and handling large data sets.
