JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator | Full training!

LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent

SALARY: £31,000 to £36,000 + Bonus

HOURS: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

As the Customer Service Administrator your key responsibilities would be:

Answering calls from customers handling a range of enquiries
Based on the reception desk assisting customers face to face
Booking appointments
Advising on products and customer options once trained
Producing quotations and a breakdown of pricing for clients
Keeping customers updated and informed at all times, working to SLAs
Producing invoices
Additional project work as director by the General Manager
Build relationships with internal and external customers

Outgoing personality to build rapport with customers
Strong Administrator and IT systems
Hard working, determination, resilience and the ability to work under pressure
Working as part of a close-knit team to support each other, as well as give a fantastic service to clients
